You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, or post on My Pet Village, including photos, descriptions, and personality test results. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
3.2 License Grant
By submitting content to our Service, you grant My Pet Village a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of operating and improving our Service, including featuring your pet in our Hall of Fame with proper attribution.
3.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is abusive, defamatory, or harassing
- Violates anyone's intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Promotes discrimination or violence
4. Personality Test Disclaimer
The MBTI personality test on our Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. The results are not scientifically validated diagnoses and should not be treated as professional psychological assessment. My Pet Village makes no claims about the accuracy or reliability of the test results.
By using our personality test, you acknowledge that the results are for fun and self-reflection purposes only and should not be used to make important life decisions.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by My Pet Village, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content from our Service without our prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Engage in spamming or phishing activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. However, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including the license you grant to us for your content.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Pet Village operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
